  • We accept the following insurance plans: HMSA, HMSA Quest, Aetna, Alohacare, HPH (Hawaii Pacific Health), BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), UHA, UHC, UHC Quest, CIGNA, Tricare Select, Kaiser Added Choice, HMA, HMAA, PSWA, and Medicaid 

  • We accept payments via credit card, cash, or check.

    • Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

    • If you do not provide at least 1 hour’s notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

    • Patients with more than three no-shows may be discharged from the PPG practice and will need to seek care elsewhere.

    • Our after-hours service is for urgent or emergency inquiries only.

    • For non-urgent questions, please use MyChart or call our office at (808) 488‑1990.
